How far are you from shops, restaurants, etc?
We are well located to all local restaurants and shops, 10 mins to
Lennox, Ballina, Bangalow and 20 mins to Byron Bay.

How far are you from the closest restaurants?
We are 3 mins from Che Bon Restaurant (open
Tues-Sat night, lunch Sun) and 10 mins
to Harvest Café at Newrybar (Breakfast/Lunch Tues – Sun), and 15 mins to
the many Bangalow eateries. Tintenbar is our local General Store &
Bottle Shop (5mins)

What is your nearest beach?
Lennox Head and Ballina (15 mins) with Byron Bay or
Broken Head, 20 min away. There are dog friendly beaches at Lennox Head,
Suffolk Park and Belongil Beach.
§
What do we do at Samsara?
After/before the beach and the eateries, you can enjoy the pool or
tennis, stroll in the orchards or slow down on the veranda and count the
different hues of green and blue.
§
Are tennis racquets provided?
Yes, there are some racquets and balls for your use.
§
Is linen provided?
Yes - sheets, doonas, bath towels and tea towels. BYO beach towels.
§
What is provided in the kitchen?
Coffee, tea, condiments and cooking oil. The fresh tank water is
filtered.
§
Is breakfast provided?
The studio is self-contained, however for those who wish or are
arriving late, a breakfast hamper can be provided.
§
Who else is there?
You are the only guests, but there is plenty of birdlife and zillions
of stars.
§
Is there a TV?
Yes, TV, DVD, Radio, CD player - bring your own CD's.
§
Are dogs allowed?
Yes – we have a Jack Russell (Rusty) who enjoys company – we (he)
would be happy to entertain dogs of similar size – but your dog is not
to be left unattended.

Is smoking allowed?
Only outside.
§
Is it quiet and private?
The studio is in the gardens and separate from the main house with
its own private entrance. We respect your privacy.
§
What are the parking arrangements?
There is an undercover carport or you can park the car near the
cottage entrance.
